Take your game to the next level with our DROP IN options , this is still a high performance group training program where individuals can join in on sessions. Each session lasting one hour, led by experienced trainer and performance specialist that will focus on basketball skill development , agility and speed training as well as reactive drills and game situational training. Trained in a competitive yet supportive group environment designed to challenge athletes physically and mentally. Perfect for players looking to build the skillset, conditioning, and court IQ all while building confidence and community.

Cancellation Policy
All players are enrolled under a two-month commitment when signing up for a monthly membership. If you decide to cancel your membership, a 30-day written notice is required. During that 30-day period, your regular monthly fee will still be charged, and you may complete your remaining sessions. All memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. To reschedule a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, we will do our best to reschedule it for a later date within your billing cycle. However, if you fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. These policies help us maintain consistency and fairness for all athletes and coaches. Plan Misuse: We reserve the right to cancel bookings or memberships that violate our terms — including the unauthorized use of private or restricted plans. PRIVATE PLANS(FOP STANDARD VIP AND FOP ELITE VIP): The FOP Standard - VIP & FOP ELITE VIP plan is a private membership created exclusively for players who are currently enrolled on an official FOP AAU team. If you are not a rostered AAU team member, this plan and its pricing do not apply to you, and any bookings made under this plan are subject to cancellation OR changed to the proper membership. This plan is not available to the general public and can only be accessed through a private link provided by our staff. Booking Access: Only clients with an active, applicable plan will be allowed to book specific services. If your plan does not apply to the service selected, your booking may be canceled.
